Hire a Moncierge

Someone who can cook, clean, babysit and take care of your life admin.


A nanny won't clean, a cleaner won't look after your kids - and even if you were to hire them both, you still have dinner, errands and laundry to think about. We hire, train and match parents with our Moncierges, family assistants who combine housekeeping and nannying tasks into one role.



As a social enterprise and a job provider for the Flemington Revitalisation project, mtime partnered with Moonee Valley Council to launch the Mooneetime project. The project runs from April to December 2019. Our goal is to create a sustainable and thriving mtime community in the City of Moonee Valley that provides support for busy families and new jobs in the area.

In partnership with Moonee Valley Council, we are seeking 20 new families to trial our Moncierge service as part of our April launch in Melbourne's Western suburbs. Your Moncierge will be a fellow resident of Moonee Valley who has engaged with the council to find meaningful work local to them.

Cost and Plans

Each Moncierge visit is called a session and sessions take place on a weekly basis.

You can have as many hours you'd like each week as long as you have a minimum of 3. If you're not sure how many hours you need, here are our most popular plans:

Membership is $149/year and your first year is covered by your initial sign up fee of $149.

    so a core segment of our team are recent migrants hailing from all over the world. We work with migrant communities throughout Melbourne and work hard to provide not only career opportunities for these groups, but an opportunity to join our culture of care and build connections with Australian families.


We charge a flat rate $39/hour for our Moncierges's time.

Moncierges are personal assistants who combine housekeeping and nannying into one role.
