still have dinner, errands and laundry to think about. We hire, train and match
parents with our Moncierges, family assistants who combine housekeeping and nannying tasks
into one role.
As a social enterprise and a job provider for the Flemington Revitalisation project, mtime partnered with
Valley Council to launch the Mooneetime project. The project runs from April to December 2019.
Our goal is to
create a sustainable and thriving mtime community in the City of Moonee Valley that provides support
for busy families and new jobs in the area.
In partnership with Moonee Valley Council, we are seeking 20 new families to trial our
as part of our April launch in Melbourne's Western suburbs. Your Moncierge will be a fellow resident of
Valley who has engaged with the council to find meaningful work local to them.

Each Moncierge visit is called a session and sessions take place on a weekly basis.
You can have as many hours you'd like each week as long as you have a minimum of 3. If you're not sure how

We charge a flat rate $39/hour for our Moncierges's time.

What is the partnership with Moonee Valley Council?
Moonee Valley Council is seeking to support the women in their community with meaningful casual
work. We are chosen as a job provider.
How long is the trial?
The trial will start in April 2019 and you'll get to try two sessions with your Moncierge over 1-2
After the trial, you can either continue with the service, try a new Moncierge, or cancel and get
your joining fee back.
How much does it cost?
We charge $39/hr and annual membership of $149. A joining fee of $149 covers your first year of
Can I pause my membership?
Of course! You can pause your service for up to three months at a time. You will not be charged for
ongoing sessions throughout your pause, but pauses longer than 21 days will incur a $10/week as a
What is the minimum number of hours I can have?
Minimum hours of service is 3hrs/week. Most families have 6hrs of help a week in two 3hr visits.
Can I have the service fortnightly?
In order to ensure the commitment of your Moncierge, we have a minimum of 3hrs/week. However, if you
neighbour or friend who lives nearby and would like to split the service with them, this is
will both get two sessions to try the service (so one month in total for the trial) but you will
to sign up and pay the joining fee.
Do I have to wait until April to start?
Nope, if you'd prefer to sign up through our main website you're welcome to, but your Moncierge is
to be local to your community and will be someone who joined our team outside of our relationship
council. Signing up through our main website has a 3 week wait time to be matched.
