We are delighted to be moving ahead with our plans to reopen on 1 November in line with Government guidelines. Our families have certainly missed their Moncierges through the shutdown and the feeling has been mutual on the Moncierge side.
As we navigate this new “normal” together, we want to make you aware of the measures and steps we are taking with the safety of our community front of mind.
In the spirit of staying open, we strongly believe that vaccination is the way forward.
Across the care industry, for teachers, childcare educators, disability workers and healthcare workers, vaccination is mandatory in many states. While at this stage vaccination will not be mandatory for our Moncierges or the families that use our service, we are taking a proactive approach towards vaccination. We will continue to review this position in line with our obligations as an employer and the relevant advice from Government and health authorities.
We ask that all families who use our service as well as our current Moncierges and those who we are recruiting to advise us of their vaccination status by completing this form. We expect in good faith that all involved will be honest and transparent with the information they give us. We also welcome proof of vaccination status via a PDF COVID-19 vaccination certificate.

COVID safety plans
Vaccination is only one piece of the puzzle to keep our community safe.
Please rest assured that we will have COVID safety plans in place. These plans may include mask wearing for Moncierges and families as well as protocols for managing positive cases and instances of isolation. This is a continuation of the safety measures we’ve had in place through the entire pandemic.
All plans will be guided by the Government restrictions and health advice. As our safety plans evolve we will communicate these with our community via our concierge team who are the central point of communication for both Moncierges and families.
We will work with our families and Moncierges to ensure that everyone in our community feels safe and supported as we return to full operations. We will endeavour to be as transparent as we possibly can in this process to give you the peace of mind you need. We ask the same of you as we move forward together.
